Rubber base manicure
A thicker base that levels the surface of the nail and reinforces it before the color goes on. For nails that bend or break easily, without adding any length.
Acrylic
An extension sculpted by hand from powder and liquid. The most hard-wearing and the one that takes the most length, so it is the option when you want to change the shape of the nail, not just the color.
Polygel
A middle ground between acrylic and gel: shaped the same way, but lighter to wear. A good option if you want extensions and acrylic feels heavy on you.
Press on / soft gel
Pre-formed tips bonded and sealed with gel. Length and shape come ready, so the appointment is shorter than a sculpted set and all ten nails come out even.
